Do I need an account to use the builder?

No. The builder runs entirely in your browser — your draft never leaves the page. No login, no tracking, no backend.

How is this different from a curated loadout?

Curated loadouts are tested role-based stacks (Postgres developer, solo founder, etc.) we maintain ourselves. The builder lets you mix and match any servers from the catalog when none of the curated loadouts fit your workflow.

Which MCP clients does the generated config target?

Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf and Continue. The config schema is identical across all four — only the file path differs, which the builder shows for each client.

Can I share my custom loadout?

Yes. Add servers to the draft, then click "Copy link" — your selection is encoded in the URL hash. Anyone who opens the link sees the same draft, no account needed. Nothing is sent to a server.
